NHS new ear moulds for danalogic / zest / prisma / impact / nios / nathos hearing aids

The ear moulds  have been with them since new (about 8 years) and I would like to change them to the softer  silicone type.  Are you able to do the impressions and supply new  ear moulds?  What would be the approximate cost for them, and what would be the process?
